It will help to understand which industries will develop, which they will be born new technologies, products, management practices and what new competencies needed for employers.

Pavel Luksha
Inspirer and architect of the project Pavel Luksha is the professor of practice at Moscow School of Management “SKOLKOVO”, a co-author of the methodology of Rapid Foresight, a co-author of the foresight “Education 2030” and the foresight “Competences 2030”, which methods have been tested by ILO. He is the founder of the group Re-engineering Futures (refuture.me).
Dmitry Peskov
Visionary-in-chief under the project Dmitry Peskov heads up the direction “Young Professionals” (Agency for Strategic Initiatives) for promotion of new projects, he is a co-author of the methodology of Rapid Foresight, a co-author of the foresights “Competences 2030” and “Education 2030”. It was he who introduced in Russia quite a number of international educational formats (BarCamp, EduCamp, iCamp). Besides, he is a member of the Expert Council under the RF Government. Educational background: Magistracy at Manchester University.
Ekaterina Luksha
Coordinator-in-chief under the project Ekaterina Luksha is an expert in rapid foresights of the future and a co-author of the foresight “Competences 2030”. She is a specialist in chemistry and perfumery. Under the project, she is responsible for development of visual solutions for the maps of the future.
Denis Korichin
Jobs futurologist-in-chief Denis Korichin is the anchorman and moderator of foresight sessions at Moscow School of Management “SKOLKOVO”, a co-author of the foresight “Competences 2030”. He is the senior expert in developmental programs, as well as in mass educational trainings and programs. Being a practice-in-game specialist, he is the senior expert for such projects and the developer of game simulators. Educational background: Faculty of Psychology, Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Dmitry Sudakov
Senior expert under the project Dmitry Sudakov is the anchorman of several educational programs (Moscow School of Management “SKOLKOVO”, Agency for Strategic Initiatives), the senior expert under the project of development of methodology for foresights of demand in manpower (Skills Technology Foresight, in collaboration with ILO), the senior expert under the project “Atlas of Emerging Jobs”.
Daria Varlamova
Editor-in-chief under the project Daria Varlamova is a journalist, the editor of the site “Theories and Practices”, the ex-editor of the “Education” section in “Big City”, the author of multiple publications, a co-author and the editor of the “Atlas of Emerging Jobs”.
